We believe that one grows or dies. There is nothing like stability. We aim to grow as a group by 18% a year with mature business at lower levels and newer businesses at larger levels commensurate with investments. We are fiscally conservative and like to fund new businesses with 100% equity. We aim for a group post tax ROE of 25% plus and for most of the three decades we have exceeded that by a fair margin.
