Switz Group has 3500 employees based in 50 locations spanning 7 countries:

• Industrial bakery.
  These are branded in the Middle East and Kolkata, 3rd party in Bangalore and B2B frozen in Sohar. We have dedicated logistics in the Middle East. Our exports are largely from Dammam and Jeddah.

• Retail bakery operations.
  We aim for the middle and upper middle segments as we believe they fit our culture of high quality at slightly premium prices. All three businesses are market leaders. Misterbaker UAE is our most successfully executed concept while our Oman and Kolkata operations are clearly no 1 in their markets.

• Bakery ingredients.
  These operations are largely confined to the Middle East and headquartered in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Regional offices in Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Maldives synergise the imports. This operation is led by Ronnie Khajotia.

• Egg pasteurization to understand, profit from and control a vital but volatile ingredient in our cake businesses. We do this in Jebel Ali Dubai and in Manila.

• Egg farming.
  This is our newest business segment and we have non-management 40% stake in Switz Sri Lanka. This country has been free of bird flu for many decades if not longer and has been our entry point into the country.
