It is part of the Switz Group’s Indian manufacturing division and recently opened a facility producing long life bakery products in Kolkata, India. Following a 2009 joint partnership with Bauli, one of Italy’s largest industrial bakeries, production of filled long life croissants began in August 2010. It is growing rapidly and supplies also as a 3rd party supplier to leading Indian companies. It is led by Anirban Ghosh.
